Text Messaging (SMS) Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Description

When you opt in to our text messaging program, you may receive SMS/MMS messages related to appointment scheduling and reminders, billing and account notifications, and customer care. Where you have provided express consent, you may also receive health and wellness updates, promotions, and other marketing communications from Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center.

2. How to Opt In (Consent)

You may opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website, by providing and confirming your mobile number during an in-person or telephone visit, or by texting a designated keyword to our number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the number provided. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of receiving care, purchasing any product, or obtaining any service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us and the services you use.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from that program unless you opt in again.
